Roberto Lombardo joins Angelini Pharma as Pharma Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer and Silvestro Camerini is named Pharma Chief Financial Officer

New appointments at Angelini Pharma. Roberto Lombardo is joining the company in the new position of Pharma Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer while Silvestro Camerini, previously Pharma Business Control Director, has been appointed Pharma Chief Financial Officer. Both will report to CEO Pierluigi Antonelli and will be part of the Leadership Team, Angelini Pharma’s executive committee.

Roberto Lombardo will help Angelini Pharma meet its ambitious and challenging targets through an HR management and development strategy with a change-based approach that cultivates an increasingly positive working environment in which internal and external staff are encouraged to grow. He will also be responsible for defining the architecture of the new organization, roles and remuneration strategies, as well as managing relationships with the trade unions.

ROBERTO LOMBARDO
Roberto Lombardo arrives from the Pirelli Group where he rose through the ranks in various HR roles in different regions. After beginning his career in Italy, he was HR Director for Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States, China and Asia, Romania and the UK. In particular, Roberto was Chief Human Resources and Organization Officer of Prometeon Tyre Group, a company with 8,000 employees.

SILVESTRO CAMERINI
Having been the Angelini Group’s Finance Director for the Foods Division and Business Control Director in the Consumer Goods Division, Silvestro Camerini successfully served as the Group's Pharma Business Control Director from 2006. He previously held various F&A positions at Procter & Gamble and Fater.
