Angelini Pharma’s new Career website, designed to attract new talent, is now online. The new site brings together all open positions in a single portal, giving visitors a complete overview of the opportunities for employment and professional growth that the company is offering, and allowing them to apply for open positions.
In addition to seeing the new colorful and lively graphics, candidates accessing the site will have the opportunity to:
- Consult open positions and internship opportunities in an agile and structured manner and apply;
- Consult the “Events” section to stay up to date on company job meetings and the “Daily Life” section dedicated to internal initiatives;
- Access the “Young Generation” section introducing development programs and initiatives for younger people;
- Access the section dedicated to internal “development pathways”;
- Have information on the Angelini Pharma selection process and tips and tricks for getting through the various stages of the selection process.
Finally, the site hosts the chatbot, Angela, a virtual instant messaging system that interprets candidates’ needs and meets them instantly, thus guiding the user as they browse the portal.
The launch of the new Career Site is part of an employer branding strategy that aims to attract the best candidates through the use of various communication tools and channels, as well as directly meeting young candidates through events organized in partnership with numerous universities, business schools, and private entities.
