Angelini Pharma company amongst the Top Employers Europe 2020

Angelini Pharma has obtained the Top Employers Europe 2020 certification. The certification is awarded to companies that stand out for the implementation of significant, innovative and effective personnel management practices.

The qualification of Top Employers Europe is awarded only to those companies that meet the eligible criteria in at least five of their European foreign offices. In fact, the Angelini countries that have gained this admired award are Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Russia and Turkey.

The Top Employers certification is issued after a thorough assessment process based on objective data. The parameters considered are the working environment, career opportunities, investments in training, remuneration as well as welfare policies and corporate culture.
At the end of the analysis, which is carried out by the independent international organisation CRF Institute, the results are assessed by both the internal committee of the Top Employers Institute and by an external body.
